04 / Private AI

Intelligence with a memory of the work.

Zeno is Tod Long’s private AI, powered by Tel Casa Intelligence—the runtime, governance and service layer beneath it.

Zeno was built for continuity across conversation, research, document and image analysis, infrastructure, and personal domains. It is not a public chatbot or a thin interface around one model. It is a private system designed to know which tools are allowed, when external research is appropriate and where a request should be routed.

Local first. Governed when it acts.

Private questions remain local unless web access is explicitly requested. Registered tools have fixed read or change permissions, evidence is required from completed steps and changing actions remain behind separate approval controls.

Zeno can coordinate bounded multi-step work across approved systems while retaining audit receipts that avoid storing raw private requests. Fitness and nutrition questions can be routed to the scoped Tel Casa Coach interface; infrastructure questions can be routed to approved workers.

The useful part is not merely answering. It is knowing the environment, respecting the boundary and returning evidence.

A private AI with an operating contract.
